Mary Rachelle carved a path from Canada to New York City in 2006. Since joining DCI, she has developed and managed award-winning North American marketing, sales and public relations campaigns for such tourism and economic development clients as Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, Peru Export and Tourism Promotion Office, and Tourism Toronto. With expertise in public relations and destination marketing, Mary Rachelle has a proven track record in delivering results that position her clients as leaders in their respective industries and contribute to their bottom line.
Mary Rachelle has been a guest lecturer at New York University on the topics of travel marketing, sales and public relations, and is active in Public Relations Society of America and Destination Marketing Association International events.

• Amidst an economic downturn, Mary Rachelle implemented an HSMAI award-winning campaign for Dubai that reached 38 million consumers, generated $75 million in advertising equivalency and delivered a 1,628 to 1 ROI. Feature placements in Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, and CBS Amazing Race helped increase visitation by 20% from the U.S. and 43% from Canada.
• Mary Rachelle managed the Egyptian Tourist Authority’s largest North America Roadshow. More than 50 participating Egyptian delegates, met with 400+ tour operators, travel agents, and wholesalers, resulting in increased sales.
